I’ve had a lot of morning sickness so sex is the last thing on my mind and my boyfriend knows that and has been very understanding. But I can tell it’s putting a bit of a strain on our relationship.

I’ve been put on bed rest and pelvic rest so sex is out of the question until I deliver. This is baby #4 so resuming sex afterwards will be no issue

More than being a mother, I am a wife. Both husband and I are working on this. We can’t make it a success with the help of the other. It takes two to tango 🙂

I still have my sex drive and so does he but we have our moments when we aren’t up to it when one of us is. However, we can feel it when one of us isn’t up for it so just sub it with a massage or a little lovely alone date time.

I am 19 and just graduated high school in may I had my child just three weeks ago. The babys father and I are married and through everything that has happened this past year I think the one thing that has kept us strong is having fun together still. We dont let the stress of the day get in the way of enjoying each other. Its important to go and do things you did before the pregnancy that you both enjoyed. It builds that bond back that brought you together in the beginning.Having one on one time while the baby is napping, its great bonding time to just sit down and relax together. And with the no sex for six weeks there are other ways to keep your guys attention on that matter. Even though you, as the woman, cant do much give your guy some intimate time just by messing around with “foreplay” actions. It’s fun and keeps that spark in your relationship alive and its a great bonding time too. It’ll also show him that you still want him and his attention even while juggling a new little one and a stressful day. I am young but have figured out alot and grew up real fast and have figured alot of this out on my own. Its important to keep the baby happy but the parents have to be happy to form a happy house so have fun and relax together every now and again and let the everyday tensions on the relationship disappear.

Just try to be considerate to each other, and each others feelings.

  25. Profile photo of Brenda Brenda says:

Me & my bf usually wait until the baby is fully asleep until we get it on but there are days when i dont have the energy as long as we do keep the love alove i think thats all that matters.
