How do I change my email/password/avatar/personal information?
All of your personal information can be changed by hovering over your username and profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and clicking the Edit Profile link in the dropdown, or by clicking the My Profile tab, under the My Everyday heading in the pink bar at the top of the site.
You can update your email address and password by clicking the Account tab within your Profile.
Why won’t I stay logged in?
I like receiving some emails, but not as many as I’m currently getting; how can I adjust this?
We’re happy to send you whatever frequency of emails you prefer! Just log into the site and hover over your avatar/username in the upper-right hand corner of the page and select the ‘Edit My Profile’ link. Scroll down on this page to the ‘My Email Preferences’ section and adjust your preferences how you see fit.

How long does it take to receive my free samples?
Free samples and coupons ship directly from our advertising partners and may take up to 8-10 weeks to be received. Please contact us with additional questions.

How do I delete my EverydayFamily.com membership and all of my information?
If you would like to completely remove your account and all of your information from EverydayFamily.com, simply send us an email by using the Contact Us link that can be found at the bottom of every page of EverydayFamily.com.

What is My Everyday?
My Everyday is like a personalized command-center for you on EverydayFamily.com. It gathers together tools and information that are relevant to you, and provides you with a centralized location to track every aspect of your pregnancy or your child’s development. It’s a home-base from which to explore all of the great content EverydayFamily.com has to offer.
Why was my comment removed?
Comments can be removed by our moderators if they feel that the comment is not in accordance with our Community Guidelines. Our moderators try their best to make the community a place where everyone can feel welcome. We apologize if you feel that your comment was removed unnecessarily.
How do I ask a question?
In the middle of our Homepage (you can get there by clicking the house icon in the pink bar toward the top of the page) you will find our Question of the Day section. This is where we ask a question of the day, or post one from one of our members. Here you can view members’ responses to the question posted, Like members’ responses, reply to the Question of the Day yourself via the Comment field, or ask your own question for our moderators to review and post! Just click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and type your question into the field on the next page, then hit Submit. We’ll review your question and get it posted; we’ll even send you an email to let you know it’s on the site!
How do I add a friend?
In most sections of EverydayFamily.com where you see members’ names, such as in the Community or content comments, you can simply click their profile picture or username and click the Add Friend button on their profile page. You can also select the Private Message button to send a message that just the member will see.
How do I remove a friend?
Simply go to the My Friends tab under the My Everyday header and click “Remove as Friend” next to the friend you would like to remove.
